The International Dispute Resolution Centre in London, a leading global dispute resolution centre, and Opus 2, the leader in cloud-based solutions for the legal sector, have today announced a joint venture to fit out a state-of-the-art flagship hearing room in IDRC’s dispute resolution centre in London. The purpose-built hearing room will deliver the highest quality, connected experience for all participants in a hearing.
IDRC and Opus 2 have pioneered technology to deliver some of the most advanced and modern hearing facilities for international arbitration for the last decade. On average, 300+ hearings are conducted yearly at the IDRC using Opus 2 Hearings, which uniquely integrates the transcription, evidence presentation and shared bundles in a single connected solution to provide a seamless experience for all users in the venue and joining remotely.
The new flagship hearing room at IDRC’s new premises in London will feature bespoke designs for furniture, layout and hardware designed and developed by Opus 2 to deliver the highest quality experience for participants in the room. In addition to the seamless experience of using Opus 2 Hearings, parties will benefit from clear sight lines, state of the art audio and the versatility of a purpose-built space with integrated screens and customisable views.
