Mr. Fleck joined our organization in 2002 in the Global Strategy & Business Development team in our New York head office. Prior to his current role, Mr. Fleck led LexisNexis Germany and Central Europe, with sizeable operations in Germany, Austria and Poland. He also served in Latin America as General Manager of the LexisNexis Mexico business, leading online migration and adjacent market expansion. Before joining LexisNexis, Mr. Fleck was a strategic management consultant with Monitor Group in Munich, Germany and Los Angeles advising clients in the TMT sectors and beyond. He started out his career in banking at Warburg Bank in Germany. Alma Angotti is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Investigations & Compliance practice. Ms. Angotti has held interim senior compliance leadership positions at several global and regional financial institutions providing day-to-day management of their compliance programs and assisting them with remediation efforts, often in the context of a regulatory or criminal enforcement action. She has trained and advised the financial services industry and regulators and government officials worldwide on AML, sanctions, CFT and other regulatory compliance issues. With over 25 years of experience in regulation and enforcement, Ms. Angotti has held senior enforcement positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
