Tell us about yourself?

I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and have a passion for business. I love finding new opportunities and taking risks.

I believe that being an entrepreneur gives you the ability to create your own path and achieve success on your own terms.

What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you?

There are several key lessons that I have learned from my experience as an entrepreneur. First, it is important to always be prepared and willing to adapt to change.

The business world is constantly changing, and those who are able to adapt quickly will be the most successful. Second, it is essential to surround yourself with a supportive team.

Having a strong team who believes in your vision is critical to achieving success. Finally, I have learned that it is important to always be learning and growing.

As an entrepreneur, you are constantly facing new challenges and learning from your mistakes. By continuously learning and growing, you will be better equipped to handle whatever comes your way.

If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Do not get discouraged by the challenges and setbacks, it’s par for the course. Every successful leader faces challenges and setbacks, but it’s how you deal with them that matters.

Overcoming challenges and learning from your mistakes, but also not dwelling on them, not getting stressed about things you couldn’t change.

Mistakes happen. So, don’t give up when things get tough, because that’s when you learn the most and grow the most.

A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?

I have definitely found it difficult to balance my work and personal life. I think it is important to find a good balance so that you can be successful in both areas.

It is possible to find a balance, but it takes a lot of effort and planning. I have had to make some sacrifices in my personal life, but I believe that it has been worth it in the end.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

We’ve always been focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. This has been a core value of ours from day one, and it’s something that we continue to strive for with every interaction.

As a consumer myself I have high standards and that is what I expect to deliver to our customers.

What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?

We’re constantly experimenting with new optimisation methods and strategies, and so we’re always learning and evolving our approach.

All of these things have come together to help us build a successful company.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?

Get out there, meet people and network! There is no magic bullet when it comes to sales, but the best way to find customers is to get out and talk to as many people as possible.

You never know who might be interested in your product or service, so it’s important to keep an open mind and cast a wide net.

As far as lessons learned, one of the most important things is to follow up with leads promptly. If you don’t act quickly, you risk losing them to a competitor.

It’s also important to be persistent but not pushy – you want potential customers to see that you’re passionate about your product or service, but you don’t want to come across as desperate.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge I have faced so far in my business is hiring the right people. I have had to learn how to screen candidates and ask the right questions to find the best fit for my company.

What do you find are the advantages of operating your business in London?

There are numerous advantages to operating a business in London. First and foremost, London is one of the most influential cities in the world when it comes to business and finance.

Having a presence in London allows businesses to tap into this vast pool of potential customers, partners, and investors.

Additionally, London is an extremely diverse city, which provides businesses with access to a wide range of talent and perspectives.

Finally, London is home to a large number of business support services and infrastructure that can be extremely helpful for businesses of all sizes.

Are there any issues with having a London based business? Have you experienced these?

Strong competition from other businesses.

How has the higher than UK average cost of living impacted your ability to work and live in London and how has this also impacted your ability as an employer?

The cost of living in London is indeed higher than in other parts of the UK, but this has not impacted my ability to work or live here.

On the contrary, it has actually motivated me to work harder and be more efficient with my time and resources.

As an employer, I believe that this has helped me to be a more effective leader and to better understand the needs of my employees.

If you had to relocate your business to another city in the UK, which one would it be and why?

No, London is the only place for us. That said remote working is also an option.

How has BREXIT impacted your business (if at all)?

The impact of Brexit on our business has been relatively minimal.

Of course, the uncertainty surrounding Brexit has caused some economic volatility, but overall we have been able to weather the storm pretty well.

What is your vision for your company in the next 5 years?

In the next five years, our company will continue to grow and expand into new markets. We will continue to develop new and innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

We will also continue to invest in our people, providing training and development opportunities that allow them to reach their full potential.

And finally, if people want to get involved and learn more about your business, how should they do that?
